1. 수집하지 않는 정보
fillp는 회원 계정을 만들지 않으며 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 지속적인 사용자·기기
식별자 또는 광고 식별자를 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 네트워크, 충돌 분석 또는
교차 앱·웹사이트 추적 도구를 포함하지 않습니다. 선택적 필터 사용 통계는 아래에 설명합니다.
Information we do not collect
fillp does not create accounts or request or collect your name, email address, phone number,
location, contacts, persistent user or device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
It contains no ad networks, crash analytics, or cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Optional filter usage statistics are described below.
카메라 미리보기, 촬영한 사진과 영상, 영상에 포함되는 오디오, 갤러리에서 사용자가 직접
선택한 사진과 영상은 기기에서 처리됩니다. 이 미디어는 필터 처리를 위해 fillp 서버로
전송되지 않습니다. 촬영물과 편집 결과는 사진 앱에 새 항목으로 저장되며 원본을
덮어쓰지 않습니다. 최근 촬영 결과 확인과 편집 중에는 기기에 임시 미디어 사본이 남을 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제해도 이미 사진 앱에 저장된 항목은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 해당 항목은
사진 앱에서 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.
Photos, video, and audio
Camera previews, captured photos and videos, audio included in recorded videos, and
photos or videos you explicitly select from your library are processed on your device.
This media is not sent to a fillp server for filtering. Captures and edited results are
saved as new items in Photos and do not overwrite the original. Temporary media copies
may remain on your device for recent-capture review and editing.
Deleting the app does not automatically remove items already saved in Photos. You can
manage those items directly in the Photos app.
3. 필터 카탈로그 요청
최신 필터 설정을 확인하기 위해 앱이 실행되거나 활성 상태로 돌아올 때 작은 필터 카탈로그를
HTTPS로 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱은 변경 여부를 확인하기 위해 이전 카탈로그의 ETag를 표준
HTTP 헤더로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 요청에는 계정 정보, fillp가 만든 사용자·기기 식별자,
광고 식별자, 촬영한 사진·영상·오디오 또는 편집 내용이 포함되지 않습니다.
Cloudflare는 카탈로그 응답을 전달하기 위해 요청을 실시간으로 처리합니다. 인터넷 통신에
필요한 IP 주소와 표준 요청 메타데이터가 전송 과정에서 일시적으로 처리될 수 있습니다.
fillp는 Worker 호출 로그와 관찰 기능을 비활성화했으며, 개발자는 IP 주소 또는 개별 요청
기록을 앱 데이터로 보관하거나 이를 이용해 사용자를 프로파일링하지 않습니다.
Filter catalog requests
When the app launches or returns to the foreground, it may request a small filter
catalog over HTTPS to check for current filter settings. It may send the previous
catalog’s ETag in a standard HTTP header to check whether anything changed. The request
does not contain account information, a user or device identifier created by fillp, an
advertising identifier, captured photos, videos, audio, or your edits.
Cloudflare handles the request in real time to deliver the catalog response. An IP
address and standard request metadata may be processed transiently while the network
request is delivered. fillp disables Worker invocation logs and observability. The
developer does not retain IP addresses or individual request records as app data, or
use them to profile users.
4. 기기에 저장되는 앱 데이터
즐겨찾는 필터, 마지막으로 선택한 필터와 같은 환경설정 및 내려받은 필터 카탈로그의 캐시는
앱의 로컬 저장 공간에 보관될 수 있습니다. 참여 설정과 아직 전송하지 않은 통계는 별도로
로컬에 저장됩니다. 전송 대기 통계는 최대 200건, 오늘을 포함한 7일의 UTC 날짜 범위로 제한하며
참여를 끄면 대기열을 지웁니다. 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 데이터가 제거됩니다.
Data stored locally
Preferences such as favorite filters and the last selected filter, along with a cached
copy of the downloaded filter catalog, may be stored locally. Participation settings and
unsent statistics are stored separately. The queue holds at most 200 events from the
last seven UTC dates, including today, and is cleared when participation is turned off.
Deleting the app removes its local data.
선택적 필터 사용 통계
지원 버전에서 사용자가 “필터 개선에 참여”를 켠 이후 시작한 촬영·편집이
사진 앱에 성공적으로 저장된 경우에만 수집합니다. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
전송 항목은 매 저장마다 새로 만드는 중복 방지용 무작위 이벤트 ID, 촬영·편집 시작일(UTC),
필터 ID, 필터 카탈로그 리비전, 사진·영상 구분, 촬영·편집 구분, 앱 버전입니다.
사진·영상·오디오와 정밀 시간, 사용자·기기 식별자, 위치는 포함하지 않습니다.
목적은 필터 개선이며 광고나 사용자 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
Cloudflare Workers와 D1이 처리하며 개발자의 인증된 관리자 화면에서 집계를 확인합니다.
운영 DB의 중복 방지 이벤트는 수신일 기준 오늘을 포함한 8일 범위를 벗어나면 매일 정리하고,
날짜별 집계는 365일 범위를 벗어나면 매일 정리합니다. 집계 시작일은 수집 기간 안내를 위해 유지합니다.
참여 해제는 앞으로의 수집과 대기 전송을 중단합니다. 이미 전달된 이벤트와 집계에는 사용자를 찾는
식별자가 없으므로 개인별로 찾아 삭제할 수 없습니다. 인터넷 통신 과정에서 Cloudflare가 IP 주소와
표준 요청 메타데이터를 일시 처리할 수 있지만 fillp의 통계 DB에는 저장하지 않습니다.
Optional filter usage statistics
In supported versions, collection occurs only for captures or edits
started after you enable “Help improve filters” and successfully saved to Photos. You can turn this off
in settings. Each event includes a new random deduplication ID, the UTC date the capture or edit started,
filter ID, catalog revision, photo/video type, camera/editor source, and app version. No media, precise
time, persistent user or device identifier, or location is included.
We use these statistics to improve filters, not for advertising or
user tracking. Cloudflare Workers and D1 process them; aggregate reports require developer authentication.
Daily cleanup removes operational deduplication records outside the last eight UTC receipt dates and daily
aggregates outside the last 365 UTC dates. The collection start date is retained to explain coverage.
Turning participation off stops future collection and clears pending transmissions. Already received records
cannot be located by person for deletion because they contain no identifier for finding a user.
Cloudflare may transiently process IP addresses and standard network metadata to deliver requests;
fillp does not store these in its statistics database.
5. 권한
- 카메라: 실시간 필터 미리보기와 사진·영상 촬영에 사용합니다.
- 마이크: 사용자가 동영상을 녹화할 때 소리를 포함하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진 추가 전용: 촬영물과 편집 결과를 사진 앱에 새 항목으로 저장할 때만 사용하며, 이 권한으로 사진 보관함을 읽지 않습니다.
- 시스템 사진 선택기: 사용자가 편집할 사진 또는 영상을 직접 고를 때만 선택한 항목이 앱에 제공됩니다.
Permissions
- Camera: Used for the live filtered preview and photo or video capture.
- Microphone: Used to include sound when you choose to record video.
- Add-only Photos access: Used only to save captures and edited results as new items; it does not let the app read your photo library.
- System photo picker: Provides the app only with the photo or video you explicitly select for editing.
권한은 iPhone 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 공유, 판매 및 보관
개발자는 통계를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. 선택적 통계의 처리와 보관 기간은
위 설명을 따릅니다. 기기에 저장된 앱 설정과 필터 캐시는 앱을 삭제해 제거할 수 있고,
사진 앱에 저장된 항목은 사용자가 사진 앱에서 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.
Sharing, sale, and retention
The developer does not sell statistics or share them for advertising. Processing and retention
of optional statistics follow the description above. You can remove locally stored settings
and the filter cache by deleting the app, and manage saved media directly in Photos.
7. 아동의 개인정보
fillp는 사용자 연령을 수집하지 않습니다. 이 방침에 설명된 기기 내 미디어 처리와 기본 OFF인
선택적 통계 참여 방식은 모든 사용자에게 동일하게 적용됩니다.
Children’s privacy
fillp does not collect a user's age. The same on-device media processing and optional,
default-off statistics setting described in this policy apply to all users.
8. 방침 변경
앱의 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 업데이트합니다.
